Coromandel Oceanview Retreat — Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
Cancellation timeframes
For cancellations made 30 or more days before your check-in date, a full refund will be issued.
For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is available.
If you cancel within 48 hours of making your booking and your check-in date is at least 14 days away, a full refund will be issued.
How to cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to jovickerstaff@yahoo.com. The cancellation date is the date on which written notice is received. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

50% deposit due at time of reservation confirmation
Remaining 50% due 7 days before check-in
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel to cover unforeseen cancellation, interruption, or medical circumstances. The host accepts no liability for losses arising from guest cancellation.
Exceptional circumstances
In the event the host must cancel a confirmed reservation due to circumstances beyond their control — including but not limited to natural disaster, fire, or government-imposed restrictions — guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.
